Pay special attention to the following tips that can help you to use our source effectively.

If you downloaded a movie to your computer, but you have trouble with picture or sound, this may mean that you lack necessary codecs in your system. The solution for this problem is to install the necessary codec pack Xvid/DivX. This type of codec is one of the most widely known. However, you should delete all the other codec packs from your system before installing Xvid/DivX. For the best quality we advise to use either the Windows Media Player or RealPlayer.

Please note that movies cannot be downloaded by Internet Explorer. The problem is that the browser cannot deal with downloading such big-sized files and if you start the process of downloading it will be stopped. We strongly recommend you to use the download manager, such as FlashGet. You can download it for free from our site.

In some cases when you open the software the trouble with the connection to the server may occur.

Because of the firewall software on your computer the network traffic can be blocked. The program cannot connect if your firewall is blocking access. If you are an owner of Windows XP, you should disable the XP firewall in the systems settings which are situated in the control panel. Here is a little guide how to manage this:

1) Click on the START button (lower left corner of Desktop).Push: Start, Settings, Control Panel.
2) Make a double click on Networking and Internet Connections, and after that click Network Connections.
3) Right-click the connection on which you would like to disable the Firewall, and then click Properties.
4) On the Advanced tab, you should click the box to clear the option to "Protect my computer" or network.

The problem will be solved and software is going to work properly.
